The material is cut by a LASER. Then all cut edges are folded at 45°. This avoids sharp edges, so your board can be stored safely in the holder. Additionally, all cut edges are FLAME POLISHED. This means that all cut edges are smoothed with a chemically offset 1,000 °C flame. This creates a unique shine that will inspire you. The last step is the bending of both sides by heat. STABILITY: The holder is only one piece. No gluing etc. is used completely. Thus the holder is absolutely break-proof.
HOVER EFFECT:
